Kingston Active Waves Leisure centre provides aquatic education programs for over 2600 students per week in our Learn to Swim Program as well as school swimming programs for a number of local schools, with a team of approx 60 swim teachers and support staff.
The role
We are seeking an Aquatic Programming Support Officer professional to join the Kingston Active team. Reporting to Aquatics Supervisors, your role is to:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Aquatics Supervisors in support of our Aquatic programs and service delivery, including staff rostering and program plans
- Assist in the planning and facilitation of a range of Aquatic programs at Waves and within the community
- Provide excellent customer service delivery to a range of key stakeholders and customers
- Swim teaching duties as required
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in the delivery of Aquatic Education Programs, Customer Service and Administration
- Relevant Aquatic Industry qualifications or desire to obtain
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Desire to progress into a leadership role

The salary for this position starts at $62,941 (Band 3) per annum plus superannuation.
